Refund policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a full refund less shipping costs. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of goods. Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please notify us by email at info@ellyoak.com to request a returns form.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect contents and notify us immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can rectify the issue and make it right.
